Questions about the plans
How much does it cost?
From $20,000 a year for the Essential plan, which already includes Forta Compliance in full, Forta Cockpit, Forta Actions and Forta Suppliers. The price then varies with the modules added (Forta Exposure, Forta Radar), the number of external assets and suppliers monitored, and the level of support.
Why no public price list?
Because a price list would charge an 80-person company the same as a multi-entity group with a large OT estate. Scope changes everything, so we would rather quote what you actually monitor.
What makes the price move?
Four things: the modules you turn on, the number of external assets discovered and monitored, the number of suppliers tracked continuously, and how much support you want. Users are unlimited on every plan, so team size changes nothing.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, with nothing to reinstall or re-enter. The upgrade activates inside your workspace: assessments, risk register, evidence and history all follow you.
Can we buy a single module?
Yes. Forta Exposure and Forta Radar can be added to any plan, if you need one of them earlier than your tier provides. Forta Compliance comes in full from the Essential plan.
Are there setup fees?
No. Guided onboarding is included with every plan, scaled to the tier. You will not get a professional services invoice to get started.
Is support included or billed separately?
Included. Every plan comes with guided onboarding and a point of contact who knows your account. Expert workshops, priority support and a dedicated CSM vary by tier and are listed in the table above.
