Data Sovereignty

FortaRisks is built and hosted in Canada, for organizations where it matters where your data lives. That includes critical OT/ICS sectors. This statement explains how this website honors that principle.

Canadian hosting

This site runs on infrastructure located in Canada, alongside our product backend. Origin servers, image optimization and analytics are all hosted in Canada, supporting Canadian data-residency expectations such as PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25.

For the product, customer data is hosted in Canada by default. United States or European Union hosting is available at onboarding where you need it.

No silent third-party tracking

  • Fonts are self-hosted. No request leaves your browser for a font CDN.
  • Analytics and live chat are Canada-based and load only after your consent.
  • We use Cloudflare strictly as a CDN and security proxy with Canadian data localization enabled. No application data is stored outside Canada.

Minimization

We do not fingerprint visitors, and we set no non-essential third-party cookies without consent.
